RETURNS POLICY

Returns 

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return full priced items for store credit from anywhere in the world within 12 days of receipt.

How to submit a return:

  1. Log into the Return Portal and enter your order number and email address within 12 days of receipt.
  2. Select the item/s you would like to return and your return reason. 
  3. Once we have processed your request we will email you a return shipping address. 
  4. Fill out and print the online Returns Form.
  5. Include the Returns Form, Nomads Cove invoice and item/s you wish to return in a prepaid postage parcel to the specified return address
  6. Once the designer has received and inspected your item/s, we will authorise your return and send an email confirmation with your new tracking details. 
  7. Store credit for the total purchase amount, less shipping costs, will be added to your account.

Exchanges

If something doesn’t fit quite right we can process an exchange for any full priced, unworn swimwear for customers in Australia. 

How to exchange within Australia:

  1. Log into the Return Portal and enter your order number and email address within 12 days of receipt.
  2. Select the item/s you would like to exchange and your preferred size or colour.
  3. If your preferred item is available, we will send you an email with the return shipping address. If a replacement is unavailable, we kindly ask that you request store credit. We will also email you an invoice for a $9.99 AUD shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of shipping the item back to you. 
  4. Print and include the Returns Form, original Nomads Cove invoice and the items you wish to exchange in a prepaid parcel and post to the specified return address. 
  5. Once the designer has received and inspected your item/s, we will authorise your exchange and send an email confirmation with your new tracking details. 
  6. Your new item/s will be re-sent via regular tracked post within 3-7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer service team at sales@nomadscove.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to provide a replacement free of charge (depending on product availability) or refund the full amount including shipping costs.

Terms & Conditions

Returns and exchanges will not be processed unless you have submitted your request in our Return Portal or emailed our customer service team at sales@nomadscove.com.au within 12 days of receipt.

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

The swimwear must be in it’s original condition, unworn, with all tags and hygiene stickers in place. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to deny a return.

Exchanges are only valid for orders being sent in Australia. A $9.99 AUD shipping and handling fee will apply. Currently we do not offer exchanges on international orders. 

Exchanges can be made on items by the same designer to the same value. 

A Returns Form and Nomads Cove invoice must be sent with all returns and exchanges.

All item/s must be dispatched within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in it’s original packaging. We highly recommend that you use a tracking or signed-for delivery service such as registered post as we cannot provide store credit or process an exchange until the item/s has been received.

Nomads Cove reserves the right the right to deny a return if the items are returned used, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item/s is not suitable for a refund.

We only offer refunds for faulty or damaged items.

Nomads Cove does not cover any customs duties, charges or taxes, which may apply depending on your country. Please contact the relevant taxing authorities that the items are to be shipped to if you are unsure whether any additional fees will apply.
